This Platform is owned and operated by Zarvonis Ventures Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Company", "we", "our", or "us"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2. Services Provided

Astro Meri Kundli provides digital astrology services, including personalized Kundali generation, daily Rashifal (horoscope) predictions, Bhavishyafal insights, and real-time chat guidance with astrologers ("Pandit Ji"). The Platform utilizes traditional Vedic astrology methodologies alongside automated computational technologies.

3. User Responsibilities & Accurate Information

• Astrological calculations and chart interpretations rely entirely on the exact birth details (date, time, location, and gender) provided by the User.
• The Company is not liable for inaccuracies, misinterpretations, or errors arising from incorrect, incomplete, or false information submitted by the User.
• Users must be at least 18 years of age to use paid features or consult with astrologers on the Platform.

4. Payments, Billing & Refunds

• All transactions and consultations conducted via Astro Meri Kundli are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
• All fees paid for astrological consultations, digital reports, or wallet recharges are generally non-refundable, except in instances of technical failure where payment was deducted but the service/chat was not delivered.
• Any applicable taxes, including GST (GSTIN: 29AADCZ0765B1ZC), are levied in accordance with the laws of the Government of India.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Guidance Only: Astrology is an ancient belief system and analytical art; all predictions, Rashifal, Kundali analyses, and guidance provided on Astro Meri Kundli are intended for personal guidance, entertainment, and self-exploration purposes only.

No Professional Advice Substitution: Astrological insights must never be treated as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall Zarvonis Ventures Private Limited, its directors, employees, or consulting astrologers be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from user decisions, actions, or reliance on any prediction or guidance received through the Platform.

6. Intellectual Property & Governing Law

• All logos, software design, content, algorithms, and branding associated with Astro Meri Kundli are the proprietary intellectual property of Zarvonis Ventures Private Limited.
• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
