Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Non-Refundable Digital Services

Due to the immediate digital delivery of astrological predictions, instant Kundali chart generation, daily Rashifal reports, and live consultation sessions, all payments made on Astro Meri Kundli are generally final and non-refundable once the digital service has been initiated or delivered.

2. Technical Failure & Double Deduction Exceptions

Refunds may be granted strictly under the following technical exception conditions:

• Payment was successfully debited from the user's account, but an application crash or server error prevented delivery of the chat consultation or Kundli report.
• Duplicate charges occurred for a single transaction due to network latency or payment gateway errors.

3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund under eligible technical conditions, please email tech@zarvonis.com within 7 business days of the transaction with the following details:

• Registered mobile number / email ID
• Transaction ID / Payment Gateway Order Reference
• Proof of deduction (bank statement snippet or payment receipt)

4. Processing & Timeline

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment source (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, NetBanking, or Wallet) within 5–7 business days from the date of refund approval.
